Health and Safety is of paramount importance to R & B Rockdrillers

The company prides itself on its stellar Health and Safety record across all sites. As a minimum all employees are put through the Quarry Safety Passport program however the majority of employees hold NVQ qualifications in:

• Drilling Operations
• Blast Design
• Use and Transport of Explosive Materials
• HGV Driving

In 2015 as part of the company’s commitment to Health and Safety it appointed and trained (NEBOSH Certificate) a dedicated Health and Safety Adviser to oversee all matters relating the the safety and well being of its staff and anyone affected by the company’s operations at all sites.

All technical equipment is maintain, certified and inspected to ensure safe operation in relation to PUWER and LOLER regulations.
